Limited Warranty

DARCO warrants all of its products against defects in materials or workmanship for a limited time when a product is purchased from DARCO, its Authorized Online Sellers, or its Authorized Distributors and is used in strict accordance with the product’s Instructions for Use.

Wear-and-Tear Not Covered Under Warranty

Once dispensed to and used by a single patient, DARCO International’s products will display signs of wear-and-tear. This warranty does not cover wear-and-tear associated with normal product use by a patient.

Wear-and-Tear examples include:

• Worn-down outsoles
• Frayed fabrics and materials
• Stretched elastics
• Worn hook-and-loop closures
• Compressed insoles and foam materials
• Dirt and debris

To Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product issue is related to reasons related to workmanship and not to reasons related to wear-and-tear, please email Customer Service with all of the following:

1. A completed Defective Returns form. CLICK HERE to download.
2. Photos of the product defect from multiple angles
3. Proof of purchase from DARCO International, Inc., an Authorized Online Seller, or an Authorized Distributor showing an order date within the allotted Warranty Timeframe

Warranty is Voided If:

• The product was not purchased from DARCO International, its Authorized Online Sellers, or its Authorized Distributors;
• The product has been altered in any way by the user, clinician, or seller, to include the product itself, its original packaging, or its original Instructions for Use;
• The product has been reissued or resold to multiple patients;
• The product has been used off-label or used in a manner that deviates from the guidelines provided in DARCO’s Instructions for Use included with each product;
• The product has been carelessly handled or abused.
